Drivers and Passengers Drivers and Passengers must be at least 16 years of age. Anyone under this age is not permitted in the pit area or to use the track during a Pure Carma Event unless authorised by the Board Of Management. If a driver or passenger under this age is found on the track, they may be removed from the event. All passengers and drivers must FULLY complete our declaration, wear protective clothing and obtain a relevant wristband provided by the organisers. This is not a requirement set out by the Board of Management, this is part of the terms and conditions under the Public Liability Insurance. Behave Or Be Banned (BOBB) Greenbrook Promotions Ltd run a Behave or Be Banned Policy. At the last event a number of our staff reported competitors and spectators were abusive and used threatening behaviour during the event. Due to the behaviour of a few of the staff have resigned. This is completely unacceptable. If anyone is found to be using threatening or abusive behaviour to any of the staff or organisers, the Board of Management reserve the right to remove them from the site and will be instantly banned from any future events in 2009. Drinking and Driving The Board of Management run a strict policy were we do not tolerate drinking alcohol and driving. If anyone is found to be over the legal limit of alcohol to drive a vehicle, they will be removed from the event and will be dealt with under the BOBB Policy. The Board of Management reserve the right to test any driver prior to their use of the track. Access to the Pit Lane and Track. No-one except staff will be allowed in the pit lane or on the track without permission from the Board of Management. Anyone within the pit lane or track area must wear high visibility florescent jackets provided by the Board of Management. Damage to Vehicles Anyone entering the competition enters their vehicle at their own risk. Damage could be caused as part of the nature of the sport. The Board of Management accept no responsibility for any damage caused to ANY VEHICLE on the site. All vehicles are parked or used at the owners risk Pit Area Anyone entering the Pit Area enter at their own risk. The Board of Management do not accept any liability to any injury substained in the PIT AREA. MINIMUM SAFETY SPECIFICATIONS - Bonnets must be on cars - Windows must be working - Driver and passenger doors need to be working. If there are to be rear passenger then their windows and doors must be working. (must be a 4 door car to have rear passengers) - Front and rear light must be taped over. - Registration plates must be covered or removed if the vehicle is road legal. - Working seat belts must be fitted for each seat someone is sat in. - Helmet required. - Skin is to be covered up with a cotton fibre garment.(long sleeve tops and trousers) ANYTHING OVER THESE SPECIFICATIONS IS RECOMMENDED Security We take precautions to protect USER information.
